Hogan Tire & Auto - Waltham

The people I have met at Hogan have been professional, friendly, and as far as I can tell honest with me. That was the case in this visit as it has been in prior visits. I write "Not sure" below about price because I did not compare the price with competitors. I genuinely don't know if the price was right or not. I do know the people treated me professionally and I appreciated and appreciate that.

Hogan’s are practical and think outside the box. My tire needed repairing but I could not find the anti theft nut to take off the wheel. Usually this would prevent the repair but they gave me the option of taking off the special nut and replacing it with a normal one. We live in a safe neighborhood so this was fine for me and was a creative value add. In the waiting room had coffee and a place to charge devices. Though once the lug nut issue was solved, the wait was quite short , perhaps 15 min. Repair was under $50. Very reliable and transparent on proeblema and possible solutions. Mechanic and front desk staff were friendly and polite. It ildoes get busy though so I advise bringing it early as 7:30 or 8 am to avoid waiting.

Great establishment to purchase new tires. I didn’t make an appointment for Costco or this other chain local tire dealer, they weren’t able to help us. The guys at Hogan took us no problem, we’re very accommodating and fast given we didn’t have an appointment. We would definitely recommend talking to Aaron Kitchen and Jay Reynoso!

Hogan installed new tires on my Subaru Crosstrek. Mount, balance, alignment, and warranty was about $100 cheaper than Sullivan. Hogan completed the work in a few hours as promised. My one suggestion is that the vehicle mileage should appear prominently and accurately on the invoice as this is important for owners maintenance tracking and warranty. Hogan replaced the batteries in my Jeep last summer. They did a great job finding the correct batteries but on that invoice the vehicle mileage was entered incorrectly.
