Holiday Vista de la Montaña

Recently, my Step-Dad Jerry and I decided to look at senior living options in the Sun City West, Surprise AZ area. There are many..... I looked at the Holiday Vista de la Montana web site and was impressed. It is not a nursing home, it is, however, a senior living community and the web site showed that. I asked for more information and was put in touch with Lisa, the sales and marketing manager. She listened to my story, and suggested that we come in for a tour and lunch. Jerry was still on the fence about moving. We went for the tour and met Lisa and several of her staff. I was impressed that she knew all of the 100 plus residents of the community by first name. It really is resort living! The food is great, but more importantly the staff is the best. JASPER, one of the staff, is incredible! Always going the extra mile! He is super positive and always willing to help. We'll done!

After I searched across the valley of the sun for the right place for my parents and took them to tour several, They found Montana on their own.... They loved the community feel and it was in the area they felt at home in. The staff handled the process so professionally and with absolute care. The facility is just right and the meals are amazing! Highly recommend

After calling several apartment communities, I reached Lisa at Vista de la Montana. She provided details on apartments, the dining room, and the remodel. After a tour, I knew this was the place for my mom. In the past year, my mom has made some lovely friends, both residents and the staff. This place is like one big family! The staff really care about the residents and the residents care about each other. I cannot speak highly enough about Vista de la Montana. Lastly, the remodel turned out beautifully.

We needed to find a clean, safe place to move our parents into and found Holiday Vista de la Montana as the perfect fit. They did not want to leave their home in Las Vegas so when they arrived at Vista de la Montana and found the apartment perfect for their needs, the staff and residents welcoming, helpful and always happy, they were ready to start their new chapter. No matter what our parents request, the staff eagerly tries to satisfy the request. We are so happy that we found Vista de la Montana.
