Walt was such a great guy that was able to get my partner and I into a car within an hour. He was straightforward with us, which was refreshing after spending so much time with other dealerships that felt like they were just wasting our time. The entire experience was fast, efficient, and friendly. This was our first time buying from a family owned business and I am so glad that we did. Highly recommend for the Triangle area. Bonus! UPDATE: 2/18/26 - The owner of this company contacted me the day I wrote my original comment upset and yelling about ruining his family business. Before I comment any further, I will post confirmation of what they knew to make sure everyone else stays far away. Fair, friendly, and fast! I was in and out within 45min, had to be a record for buying/trading a car. This family owned business is one of the best car shopping experiences you’ll have. AND a three-month warranty! They have a variety of vehicles for all buyers so look no further! I will be back for future purchases!

I went here a few days ago.I was interested in a burgundy Nissan sentra. I been thinking about the car since I left. I really want it and need to do a trade in with my car.Only thing is you have to go through a credit union to purchase a car here.I wish that wasn’t the case I would come back and try and get that car. :(

Hollingsworth Auto was a great experience for me! I worked with them over a few days trying to get everything in line to buy my first car. I had many poor experiences at other local dealers, and Hollingsworth was a breath of Fresh air. They were very patient and helpful, and their customer service was above and beyond! They did not have any unnecessary fees or add ons to the car, and they offered fair pricing. I personally worked with Walt, and he was more than willing to answer questions and discuss the cars history. He also allowed me to make an appointment with my mechanic and take the vehicle for a pre purchase inspection. 10/10 Experience!!
