I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with Hollingworth was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share it. Communication was extremely poor — I received no updates about my car’s progress and had to reach out multiple times myself, only to learn that the vehicle had been damaged during the repair process. The car was returned two months later, which was nearly four weeks past the original promised date. When I finally got it back, the door wasn’t sealed properly, leading to interior water damage. On top of that, there was a significant amount of grease and residue inside the car. I only realized this after noticing an oily film on my hands and even irritation in my eyes after driving. Do not do business with this company. They are the worst I've ever seen in my life. Even after having my vehicle 3 and 1/2 months when they said it would be a month and gave me nine different dates that my vehicle would be returned, it still wasn't correct! They processed my check when I told him not to because the vehicle wasn't correct. You do not want to take your vehicle to this company. I'm warning you the reviews that says good things are from the employees. That's family. I promise you you do not want to use this company!

Hollingsworth has been a favorite repair shop of mine for years and years. My latest interaction with them surpassed all my expectations & Jonah kept in constant contact with me thru the entire process! 10/10 recommend and I will be back!

I cannot sing the praises of the team at Hollingsworth enough. My car went into the shop after I was hit by a drunk driver. The ladies in the office were phenomenal, knowledgeable and kind. Ashley was fantastic in working with my insurance company and communicating progress updates weekly or more frequently if needed. John Marlow did the work on my Tahoe and my gal is so beautiful. I am beyond pleased with the level of service and the quality of work. This team is leaps and bounds better than any dealership or other shops I've dealt with through the years.
