Super friendly service! They custom made me filters that nobody else stocks! Pricing that rivals Amazon, with handmade quality, and I get to support a local business!?! Fantastic! Highly recommended.

Just called and asked the lady for a filter size. She said, "Hold on, let me see if we have it." She comes back and said that she has the filter size I'm looking for. When I asked her for the price, she said, "You want a lot of information for those filters, if I have them, the price...". It is not a lot of information. Just comon questions from a consumer. If you can't handle 2 questions over the phone, get a different job!

Placed an order with an ensuing subscription on Tuesday, May 30. By Friday - 4 business days later - not only had the order not shipped, but I followed up via email with their sales team at 9am on Friday and no one bothered responding before close of business. They do have a banner on their website saying fulfillment can take 24 hours, but 24 hours is not 96 hours, and the least they could do is keep me updated and be communicative. They did neither. In the span of time since I placed this order, I placed 3 other orders for appliance parts and tools from similar small businesses (I do not shop big box stores or Amazon) and all arrived before the end of the week. No excuses. Get better.

Great company! The filters are as high quality as I was buying in retail stores but they cost one-third the price - no exaggeration! Most of the customers here are professionals, whereas I am just buying filters for my AC at home but I have saved so much money, it's unbelievable. I also like dealing with the staff at Holt. They are so friendly and service-oriented. My AC guy told me about Holt, and I'm so glad he did! I have passed the favor on by telling all of my friends!
