Holton Import Service, Inc

I had such a great experience with Holton Import! Mr. Ken Holton is honest and doesn't rip people off. He's so trust worthy and his staff is very welcoming and nice. I felt so comfortable.

I started using Holton Imports this year and from day 1 when me and my friend guy stopped by they were closed but the owner Ken and the manager Jimmy took the time out to answer our questions. They were very nice. Since then, I have taken my Audi to them several times and time, rudeness, availability, or information has never been a problem. They always provide me a ride to the vehicle that I have to drive while mine is being worked on. They have offered a loaner if one was to become available. They do not keep my car for months like the Audi dealership and return it messed up or try to over-charge me. The prices are to be expected for my car and I do look up the parts myself, but they do work with me on trying to get the best and lowest price but quality parts. Jimmy is awesome and has b

I had an excellent experience with Holton Import! I don't understand the negative reviews listed. These are great people to work with. They definitely made me feel comfortable with leaving my upper class vehicle with them. I can't say that for most dealerships/body shops in this area. The price some of us pay to drive luxury, foreign vehicles should not come as a shock to some of the people leaving negative reviews on their post. Dealerships cannot compete with Holton Import's service prices (unless you only purchase a luxury car from a dealership until their warranty expires then get rid of it...) so don't be confused with those cheapskate's reviews. I'm not sure why there are such negative comments about Holton Import. Ken and his team have been my go-to mechanics for over six years now. They're great, trust-worthy people, and always great to work with. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. I would not trust anybody else with my vehicles, and I would recommend them to anybody that drives a Mercedes or BMW or Porsche.

Holton is an honest and knowledgeable European car shop. I have used them for many years. I highly recommend them to my friends and family. They work on most European cars and are fast and efficient with their work.
