Trade and purchase of newer vehicle done with Tom and Andy in about 2 1/2 hrs on a Saturday mind you a holiday weekend went flawless. No pressure just the way any customer would want a major purchase to go. Service after the sale just as easy. These guys been around for 50years for a reason! Looking for a easy transition to a new vehicle hands down the best experience I’ve ever had! Owner was also in office which is rare at most dealerships. Pleasant and well trained staff sir keep up the great work!

How did 2 of their mechanics miss that I needed rear brakes on 2 different occasions?! Bought a truck from them, brought it back because our mechanic said it needed brakes and I could hear grinding. They dismissed it and said there’s plenty of pad there. Brought it back to my mechanic to verify what they said. Tim in service said my mechanic was just making an excuse for them to get my money. But in reality, I can’t trust Homan! He wants to drag my mechanic through the mud, well I’ll drag him and his mechanics through the mud. Tim said that he confirmed with the owners that they are done with it and wont make it right. Ive only put 6k miles on it since purchasing it from them. They will not take care of customers!! Great Vibe , I brought My van in to be serviced, I had the oil change and tire rotation . The people that work here are so friendly personal. They really care about going above and beyond for others. Just a lovely place. Beautiful relaxing 😌 place . I would definitely recommend.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. The service writer was not very knowledgeable with regards to the work I needed I brought the truck for a unknown noise in the front suspension and opafter the diagnosis I was told that I needed a complete break replacement I had the work completed and as I drove out the lot the noise was still there. Talked to service manager and got a second appointment. After one and a half hours I was told that I needed a new wheel bearing. I was quoted a very high price and when I asked if the price was for two bearing or one I was told one . After getting a new estimate from a different shop and was told I needed a new bearing that was half the price of the previous price. It turns out the bid from Holman Ford was for two.when I called the service

The sales team was very good. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in. Never was there any pressure to get me to make a decision. I will definitely be coming back if and when I need another vehicle.
