We had a great experience with Schaefer Auto. Our 21 year old needed a reliable car. She lives near Schaefer Auto and found a few vehicles she liked online. Being her first time buying from a dealer, her dad wanted to be there. We live over two hours away and, so my husband and Caleb communicated via email. Caleb's replies were timely and thorough. Arriving for her test drive, Caleb could not have been nicer. Even though her dad was there, Caleb treated her as the customer. He didn't ask my husband the questions, he asked her. She ended up purchasing a vehicle, but two weeks later, an issue arose with the power steering. Schaefer Auto could not have known there would be an issue Iike that. Nonetheless, he was apologetic and helpful. He had her bring her car back in and it was repaired q

We bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue for my 17 year old daughter, her first car, and the experience could NOT have been any better. Wonderful experience!! Caleb stayed after closing to allow me time to arrive from out of town - I could not have been more thankful! Fantastic selection of vehicles at great prices. I found something I loved. Caleb was able to answer all of my questions, was very knowledgeable and made this buyer feel at ease and confident in her purchase. I highly recommend Caleb and his team. Negative-1 Star used car Dealership.. Very misleading sales ad on market place on the vehicle I was looking at. And the ad still does not disclose odometer discrepancies, saying its in good working order no problems with this vehicle. Had 2 different ads on same vehicle with 2 different locations, different Person's Caleb & Roman. Also the messages are below.. he said "you offering 9k?" I said yes depending on condition.he said OK !!! I told Roman the salesman that and all of a sudden the owner Caleb's Ad on marketplace disappeared !! At dealership Entered lobby was not greeted for at least 5 minutes ..Nice way to start off my purchasing day..They also lie like a rug .Car was A total lemon go look at it.. see if it's worth anywhere near what their asking price is.. it has a faulty odomete
