Bought new battery for vehicle Thursday Clerk did not appear to be friendly. Gave me the impression that I was interrupting as he took at least 3 minutes to finish what he was doing on the computer before asking me what I needed .I purchased the battery at what I thought was too expensive and carried to my vehicle. I thought he would have at least provided a cart to carry the battery but I was wrong
Yet another new owner, jury's still out on if it's better or not. The same people are still here working
Don't care for the Napa site because the search app only let you put in a automotive brand even if you're not looking for car parts
Very helpful and honest when answering questions!! 😊
Great service. They allow us to do a fundraiser for local charity.
