Excellent service! Technician arrived on time after calling ahead, explained what could be done for installing the grab bar in a difficult place, the charges and alternatives, and then proceeded to complete the job in less than a half hour, placing the bar carefully to cover holes in the wall. Previous experience with the same excellent service for the installation of three grab bars a couple years ago led me to call the company again for the fourth one, which was done to the same high standard. Great job!

Perfect installation from start to finish. Enrique and Ryan were very kind, efficient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond when installing a ramp for my mom. She has been having difficulties navigating the steps in front of her house, so this will give her the independence she needs to safely enter/exit her home. Had Grab Bar installed in my shower. Enrique did a great job, was fast and efficient and explained all my options before proceeding. When finished (which took only about 30 minutes after starting work) he cleaned up the area. Very pleased with Home Safety Services & will recommend to my neighbors.

Home Safety Services is the real deal. After some initial hiccups with scheduling, we got together and their technician, Ed, did a great job installing safety bars in 2 of our bathrooms. The work was quick and efficient, and the cost was quite reasonable. We'd recommend this company.

This is a very professional operation and I was very impressed. My technician (Ed) texted and called me when he was enroute and even sent a GPS link so I could track his location. Once arrived, Ed listened to my concerns, gave his recommendations, and proceeded with the work. I had safety bars installed in (2) bathrooms. Ed did not try to upsell any products, but gave a really good presentation based on my concerns. I would definitely use this company again.
