Took a look at our car when it started wobbling while in the middle of a cross country road trip. Not only validated my concerns, but, when they realized they didn’t have the appropriate material to fix the problem, immediately referred me to another shop in town that did. Refused to charge me for the service, kind, communicative, and incredibly helpful. I would absolutely recommend coming here.

This shop is amazing. I had a small incident and needed my vehicle fixed quickly. I called them and they immediately set up a plan to repair and after all was said and done, I had my car back within a week. I remember paying for the repairs and being shocked at how cheap the overall bill was. - The cherry on top was they even did paint correction for free. It’s clear to me they take customer satisfaction very seriously and I can’t recommend them enough. Use Hometown Auto!

My story is like a lot of others: I’ve spent countless hundreds trying to figure out exactly what’s going on with my Jeep. After two caliper fixes and brake jobs from other well known shops in the area the 41st Jiffy lube referred to HTA as “the suspension GOATS” lol. In all sincerity, I was welcomed. Talked to like I could understand explained car issues. And given a fair price for the fix. Im flabbergasted my Jeep runs this well. They found a number of issues three other shops hadn’t and they all make sense. Not nonsensical bases less fixes. I’ve found a gem with these extremely knowledgeable men and feel blessed (not to be dramatic) but my car is my lifeline. I feel blessed. Thanks Hometown Auto.

Needed some work done on my BMW and and the guys at Hometown took on the job with out hesitation. Turned out great and I love the end results!
