These guys are awesome! I've been to too many places where I've felt like they're incompetent and or just ripping me off. These guys never disappoint. They are very thorough, go above and beyond to check over your vehicle even if it's not the issue that it was brought in for free of charge. Not to mention their work and parts have an included warranty at no additional cost too. I've been a customer for years and I will keep going back because they actually value my business.

I had my car towed to their lot because it just died in the middle of the road. I had never done business with Hometown but they were right across the street from where I worked. They ran the tests on the car and let me know the problem and the options for repair. The car was my husband's work car so we didn't own it. I really couldn't make the decision on what to do. The actual owner lives out of state now so communicating was very difficult. (Owner lives in Florida...hurricanes you know) so it's taken me way too long to get the mess resolved. This shop is by far one of the best experience I have on getting my Truck taken care of. Worked with my Insurance on a Major Claim and do a great job keeping me in the loop on progress and not trying to upsell me on repairs that are not needed. If your looking for a Trustworthy Shop this is the place.

HIGHLY recommended, based on the 3 cars they've worked on for me. They have the expertise and equipment (including computer diagnostic) to do anything a Dealer can do and I know that Hometowne will do it right, to a fair price, have it done on time, and won't pressure me to add on other work (though I do appreciate that they check over the whole car).
