Wouldn’t take my vehicles to anyone else. Bailey is a very good mechanic and Always does what he can to get you the best deal on getting your vehicle fixed always stays in contact with you and gives you updates thanks buddy. I really appreciate all you do.

Apparently he got sick and wasnt able to check my truck out until the day I was going to pick it up. Doesn't give me confidence that it was truely inspected, as it still has the issue even though he replaced some things and I warrantied out the other parts (that he suspected). I also have asked numerous times for a receipt for my records, and I have yet to recieve it. I can understand being sick, but he never kept me aware of anything until the day I was going to pick my truck up, and I dont have any records to keep.

Great local mechanic. Bailey has now worked on both of our vehicles and he has been competent, polite, professional, and accessible every time. His pricing is competitive and I enjoy how easy it is to communicate with him and schedule visits. Redmond’s Auto Care will be our go-to mechanic for now on.

Best customer service and OVERALL service I’ve had ever experienced, with constant communication, updates, friendly and personable. No repairs were done without my permission and as a woman with little repair knowledge everything was explained so I could understand all being done. Honest service and didn’t try to add anything above and beyond what I needed. In fact a few small things were done at no cost just to round out the best service I’ve ever had on my car in the 40 years I’ve owned cars needing repairs/maintenance. New customer for ALL my repair needs and have been recommending to all my family and friends. Can’t rate this company high enough if I could would be 100 out of 100.

I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for further issues. My vehicle was making a grinding sound from the tires. I stopped by after work just to see if I could get an appointment and Bailey said that he could look at it now. He sent pictures and an estimate which was extremely fair and had my vehicle ready the next day. I will definitely tell my family, friends and colleagues at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center 5hat this is a great business. What a blessing!
