Smiley Vehicle Group

Exceptional service, from buying to providing preventive maintenance on Euro vehicles in the Cincinnati area. Trust me you won’t regret meeting Andy and Clay! They don’t just read a manual and charge you labor like these corporate dealer. They ACTUALLY care and back it up! Check out their inventory and I promise you won’t be disappointed! Thanks Smiley Group and family! If you see Haley burning rubber in the Alfa Romeo, tell her to slow down! Much love guys! Keep up the good work!

I needed my brakes serviced and have no idea about vehicles so I was skeptical going anywhere to get them fixed. Im glad someone recommended this place! Smileys was very honest, thorough, and had a very quick turn around for my services needed! They were more than reasonably priced, actually much cheaper than the other quotes I received. Thank you Smileys, I'm a life long customer now!

My son was looking for a replacement vehicle and this dealership was very informative, kind and had patience with his questions. They are very responsive, the communication was not overbearing and they really took the time to help search what he was looking for. We drove quite a distance from Columbus and would definitely look there again in the future. We ended up not buying due to cost of insurance and his age with the car he was looking at, and we had to go with a less expensive car but they were very understanding. Thanks for treating my son so kindly!

Would strongly advise not purchasing from Smiley Auto. Purchased a vehicle from the dealer in cash. Overall experience was good, however it's been over 60 days and they have not transferred the title. We cannot get ahold of the owner and the sales team is of no help. Had to file a consumer report complaint and moving forward with legal action in order to hopefully receive the title.

Wonderful place to buy a good, clean vehicle! The staff are amazing and will bend over backwards to work with you! Very courteous and kind. The price was great and my vehicle that I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler sport, was very clean. I highly recommend this Dealership
