My husband and I bought two new Hondas last March at Honda of el Cajon Super Store There was a misunderstanding, and Melissa de Hoyos helped to coordinate a meeting with the General Sales Manager Bashir. Bashir, General Sales Manager promised to correct it, and he is a man of his word. He delivered. We are very grateful to him. Melissa de Hoyos, Relations coordinator was very supportive and followed up wonderfully until items were resolved.Very grateful with her. Emily Sanchez took over when Melissa was absent. Great service! Ryan was super helpful. The price for all weather floor mats was a tad cheaper than Amazon and they are honda brand.

In the past I have had a very positive experience at this service center and would give it 4/5 but my recent experience has been more on the negative side. The service center has begun to feel overly sale-sey. One example was a recommendation to change my transmission fluid at 25k miles which seemed very premature. This was suggested as I stood outside my vehicle instead of in the lobby where the service manager will typically look up the factory recommendations and take the time to explain what can be deferred but keep a watch on vs. needs to be done right away. While the service was being performed I received a call to buy my car from.tje dealership. Except for warranty work I probably won't be coming back.

James from service department assisted me. He gave me excellent customer service and advice. Zaid was also very helpful. He sold me my car! Love all the staff here. You are always friendly and courteous as well as professional. Thank you🙂💛

Came here for regular service and received a text from the service department with a list of things that needed to be done on my car. Didnt think anything of it until I saw they had marked that my brakes were in the red and needed to be replaced immediately. I noticed that because my dad had changed my brakes 1 week prior to bringing it in. I asked the service advisor at pick up if they marked my brakes because they visually check them or do they just go from mileage from the last service. He told me that they actually check them visually. I told him my dad changed them 1 week ago and all he said was " oh dont know why that's there then" and scratched it off the paper. Not the first time this has happened and it's also happened to my parents here too. Do yourself a favor and save yourself
