We were in town visiting family and had some issues with our 2013 Honda pilot. Charles was very helpful and patient. Definitely helped the situation seem not as stressful.
Fair prices and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Parts desk staff was able to help me diagnose my power steering noise as likely being fixed with $20 of new fluid and $5 worth of o-rings.
Wish I had found these folks first. Will never buy a Honda anywhere else. If you do nothing other than visit the dealership and the service department it's worth the trip. These folks are amazing.
Super nice sales staff, knew the product, wonderful treatment and got what was went in for at a great price, they beat McKinney Honda and Hendrick Honda deals by a good bit
