Manny in the service department is always excellent and incredibly knowledgeable. He always does everything he can to get me in for an appointment. The technician with whom I spoke with was also very good at explaining the services for my vehicle. The Courtesy driver, Greg, is also very professional and timely for drop off and pick up.

When I greeted the service rep he was friendly and said it would take an hour for an oil change and tire rotation (with an appointment). We'll it took an hour and 20 minutes. Also he offered an oil additive for 25 dollars. One - The new oil being used is Synthetic oil. Two - My Honda owners manual states not to use oil additives because it is not good for the engine. When I bought the truck new I was told that oil needed to be changed every 5000 miles. Other sources state that Synthetic oil changes can be change 7500 to 10000 miles (normal driving). Toyota and other dealers say the same. I bought this truck for the smooth ride and the Honda name. AAA+++ As always Honda service has done it again. I brought my vehicle in and received expedited and professional service and before I knew it. I was back on the road. Julia Totton and the rest of the service team are definitely on point. A team like this are what keep the service wheels turning.

We bought my mom’s Honda CRV at Honda of Jeff City about a year ago. We brought it in for maintenance (oil change/tire rotation). Amber was our service representative. She was friendly and attentive. We’ve used Honda of Jeff City for several years (had a Honda prior to the new CRV). They are professional, polite and prompt. The service area is comfortable enough. They provide detailed report (including pictures) of any work they do. We’ll definitely keep going back.

The service was outstanding! Julie was waiting for me before I opened my door. She explained everything well and showed me to the waiting area. The waiting area was clean and there was plenty of room for sitting and still have some privacy. The service was done in a very reasonable amount of time.
