Honda of Mahwah Service and Parts

In September of 2025 I was referred to Honda of Mahwah by a trusted friend. They found me one of the few available new model Civic Si's with a six-speed manual transmission -- exactly what I was looking for. Could not have asked for a better experience. General Manager Sam is a fantastic guy (and I pride myself on being a good judge of character). Julio Z. made the whole process very easy and very enjoyable. He even got a laugh from my Mom, which is not an easy thing to do lol. My highest recommendation for Honda of Mahwah and the excellent people there. Also a shout-out to Uncle Dave at the Route 17 location (a hundred percent my kind of people), and Luna, the most adorable dealership mascot dog in Jersey.

I stopped by during the week without an appointment, and every staff member was incredibly friendly. Thanks to Joshua, the Service Advisor, I was able to get prompt service, and his attention to detail made the whole experience very satisfying from a customer’s perspective. I would definitely return in the future.

I came in this morning on 10/17/25 for a routine oil change. The service man that helped me, Stephen Ryan, was very friendly. However, as I was driving home, my tire pressure light came on, which it hasn’t before after driving my car for a little over a year. I pulled over and called the service number to see if I should come back or if it just had to be reset. Not too familiar with the area, the area I pulled over I guess didn’t have good reception. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and nasty. I guess she couldn’t hear me well so I hung up and called back. I informed her that I was just there and what was going on and who I saw for the oil change. There was a pause and I could hear her through the phone saying in a nasty tone “This is so ridiculous”, she said it twice. Then s

I just picked up my car and had to come right home and write a review. My car suddenly started to die last weekend on the highway and I drove it right to Honda, hoping they could help. I dealt with Omar and cannot say enough good things about him and their service. He was so kind and helpful, and went above and beyond in such a stressful situation. I cannot thank him enough for his willingness to help me out and excellent service. I highly recommend using them for all your service needs.

Was passing by the shop without an appointment and I met Miguel the service advisor he serviced my car very quickly he was aware about all my concerns thanks so much will definitely recommend you all over the place I'm very happy with your service and time that you provide me with I will definitely return in the future.
