Bronx Honda service department is the place to go. They not only treated me with professionalism, respect and consideration as a customer and a human being, they also provided great service. After a big snow storm which provided plenty of reasons to be aggravated, they still maintained a welcoming atmosphere. Even the new owner came out to welcome customers. I will be using Bronx Honda to service my car from today on. I especially appreciated Katie, who explained everything to me and Daniel who made sure everything went as expeditiously as possible. I took my 2015 CR-V in to replace the key cylinder and reprogram two key fobs to the vehicle. I left my car during a bad time since it was a few days before New Year's so one part I ordered was delayed. Regardless, my consultant, Christina, always kept me in the loop of things so I knew what was going on and what to expect. She was transparent with everything from expected time of repair, to the cost estimate, and the notes she was providing the mechanics. Things don't always move as fast as we would like but having someone that is honest and takes you step by step makes everything so much easier and less stressful. Thank you Christina for great customer service!

I took my 2021 Honda CRV into Honda of the Bronx for an oil change. When the service was completed upon leaving, I realized my car remote was not working. Christina and the manager, Danny, immediately went into resolution mode. I had been to Honda of the Bronx in August to have keys made and the remote programmed. Danny and Christina ascertained that my remote was under warranty, gave me a temporary remote, ordered a new remote, and scheduled me to come in upon receipt of the new remote. On Monday, my key was repaired, and the new remote programmed. Thank you, Christina and Danny, for your superior customer service.

I was served by Katie. It was a pleasure and great experience on this Honda location. I highly recommend you to come and visit this place. Great service and accommodations.

Amazing customer service Victor Mercado is always friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable. Helps you very quickly and finds a solution to any problem you may have. I always go to him.
