Christina was absolutely amazing! Excellent service from start to finish. She was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly before working on my car. She was the best. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and honest car service. It was completed on time and the pricing was fair with no surprises. She was friendly and helpful all around.

She helped me and explained everything I needed, and more importantly, she kept me informed the entire time. Cristina and the other lady who sits next to her (sorry I forgot her name) but they make people want to come back and service their cars here. Great customer service. I always comfortable bringing my vehicle to Honda of the Bronx for service. I worked with Christina Donato, and her manager (Danny) was also kind enough to come over and clearly explain items that initially did not make sense to me. I have also worked with Diana Matuhulala and had the same excellent experience. No matter which representative you work with, the level of service is consistent, thorough, and professional. The service experience was excellent—5 out of 5. The wait time was also a 5 out of 5. My concerns were thoroughly addressed, and the follow-up was appreciated. The staff is very personable and professional. This is not my first visit, and despite having other service centers available to me, this location remains my top choice. Highly recommended.
