Honesty Automotive

Was recommended to Honesty by a friend I trust, and the experience did not disappoint. My car had a lot of differed maintenance that needed to get done, and Shane took me all through it and answered all my questions. Then, once the repairs were done, the car wouldn't start. They ordered parts at no extra charge to fix the issue and always patiently gave me updates whenever I asked. In the end, the issue turned out to be a minor error on their part. They even gave me a discount on the finished repair work as an apology for needing to keep the car extra time! They absolutely live up to their name and will continue using their services gratefully!

I have two older vehicles and have taken them into Shane at Honesty several times. Sometime with an appointment and other times without. Regardless, the work they do is on time, properly done, and economical. I had a window regulator replaced this past week and got the same results. A+ service and communication. Thank you Honesty.

I have terrible luck with cars. I should just ride a bike. I do though, have astounding luck with mechanics. That’s why, I can with absolutely no hesitation whatsoever, say to you, that Donny at Honesty Automotive is a fantastic mechanic and a great guy whom you can trust beyond any doubt. He will take care of your car, be forthright and like it says in the name, be honest. I would trust him with my dog’s life. Need I say more?

I love my truck. Honestly, I never thought I would get one, despite it being all my dad wanted for me. I went through three cars before I found this beauty and I never want to go without again. Honesty automotive was a last minute (much needed) oil change that Josh was able to fit me in for and what a great experience! Josh and the guys are friendly and were loving toward my puppy. It was a quick oil change and I was back on the road. Happy to get to know the business a little better and hoping to be back next time around!

I called them when my diesel pickup broke down near Missoula. While they couldn’t help me, they recommended another shop in town that was. They explained that they just didn’t have the knowledge or experience with diesels. I really appreciated the honesty and the referral. They definitely lived up to their name. Thanks.
