My car rear tire always going low on air pressure every two days.NTB Tire & Service took care of it at zero cost. The zero charge was a surprise for me when i was told i do not have to pay a cent. Service experience was great. The staff is professional, very courteous and informative. I look forward to relying on them for service and repairs going forward.

I had a flat tire today and called Hook tire & service at 5021 South Blvd., the closest location, if they can help me. Jeremy took a phone and nicely suggested to come over. He was able to help me in and patch my tire in very short amount of time! What a great experience! Great communication, great service! Thank you so much Jeremy, I really appreciate it.

Their prices are good, too. They are great to work with. I can count on them to do what is best for me and my cars. They are honest.They don't try to sell stuff. They will give you options when they apply to your situation. I am glad for their dependable service.

I've been going to Hook Tire & Service for around 20 years, and I always feel like they only recommend service that is needed, they always fix the issue if it is a repair, and their price always seems fair. As a woman taking my cars in for service and repairs for close to 40 years, that has frequently not always been the case with other service providers.
