Hoosier Express Car Wash

Very unprofessional. I Never received my Refund after the wash broke down while in it . Contact management multiple times never received a call back or email. Stay away from this Establishment, you will not get your money back or a credit if the wash breaks down. I recommend the car wash on S. Walnut St. They are way more professional, and if there is any issue, they will handle it As soon as possible.

Always have loved using this car wash. Today I had my son with me and we were using the wash it yourself service and the gentleman that cares for it was running the leaf blower and came right over to where we were and my son is sensitive to loud noises so it very much started to freak him out, so my husband yelled to get the guys attention and tell him that it was too loud could he please move and the guy got an attitude with my husband, who had to yell to get his attention because the leaf blower sound echoes when you’re in a big box. The guy got an attitude with my husband and said he didn’t need to yell, just seems to me like he got an attitude when he could have just said I’m sorry and moved, the whole time my son is standing there very clearly covering his ears. I like this place because it can be automatic or self wash depending on your energy levels. The automatic one doesnt have anything but the water and soap touch your car so I feel safe from scratches.
