From the moment we drove onto the property, HOP representatives were very professional, friendly and helpful. They have no pressure salesmen who go above and beyond. For example, looking for a cord so my son could listen to music, through his phone, in the car. We had concerns about the car and was offered a 60 day warranty on engine and transmission. We had the vehicle checked out about a week after buying the car. The car is in excellent condition, except the battery was low. And HOP went above and beyond and replaced the battery!!! The same day. HOP replaced the battery without charging us. So if you have any doubt about buying a vehicle from HOP, stop the doubting and go down and purchase a vehicle. You only go wrong if you go someplace else for your next vehicle purchase.

Joe and Bobby were very knowledgeable and not pushy salesman. They explained everything to me about the financing and how it worked. Very attentive to my needs. I did purchase a vehicle from them and would do so again .

Dealer seems to be under some new Management. Joe is very knowledgeable and friendly and is attempting to turn the business around. They have a better stock of cars and were very nice and eager to help find some wheels. Could not have asked for a better experience truly. Just needed a vehicle for point A to point B without breaking the bank. Was able to get financing set up and an approval on everything I looked at. Will refer.
