Disappointed in the lack of transparency from Dionne Hopson. I was under the impression that my taxes, title, registration etc was financed into the vehicle price like i had asked for. Nope, he was just trying to get the monthly payments low enough that I'd sign the papers. They also put 6 hard inquiries on my credit report in one day and now my transunion score is in the poor range. It's supposed to show up as one hard inquiry, not 6.
