Hot Rod tires

I bought a tire from this place a few years ago and the guy gave me a good price when I went a few months later to buy another tire he sold me a tire that had a knot on the tire I noticed it when I got to Walmart when I noticed it I immediately called him and he told me to come back the next day to change it out. The next day when I called him he told me he was on his way up there that he would there around 930am. I got there a few mins before 930 am and decided to wait when 1015 came I texted him to ask him where he was at he didn't respond I called him and he told me that he didn't feel like coming in today and I told him what about my tire? He said as is. He was a prick on the phone and I told him that I will never buy a tire from him the best place to buy a tire is rolling wheels or wa

If I could put less than one star I would have done thatWent to hot rods asked him to change my tire just put the spare on and he did and it was flat and there's no way he did not see that. So he let leave out that place with a flat and I only noticed because I couldn't steer my car anymore and got out and looked and it was flat to the ground and he charged me $15 to do that. So I would not recommend at all ever do not go there.

The two men drove out to the side of I-20 interstate where my family and I had a blowout at, then promptly replaced my blown tire with a fresh one! Great Job Guys! Highly recommend this tire company!!!

This place is a joke. I called to get a price of a tire, told the guy I will be there in 30 minutes. It took me 30 minutes to drive all the way there just to have no one be there at night. Finally got a hold of the guy after calling 5 times then he acts like I never called. I will never be back!
