The experience was somewhat unprofessional. I went in for an alignment, a recall, and to check if anything else was wrong with the car after the accident. They were confused as to how to deal with my insurance service claim when I used a separate body shop from them. The ladies seemed nice save the billing department, very dour was she. We asked them to fix the passive entry lock on the insurance claim and they told us to take it back to the body shop. I haven’t had much of an opportunity to check out how it drives, for it is at the body shop. I trust the recall has been successfully fixed. Having worked in customer service my entire life, I feel this establishment is quite lacking in that department. It may just be the village in which this store is located. Just had the best dealership experience purchasing a used vehicle from these guys. Absolutely a top notch organization from top to bottom and it’s noticeable as soon as you arrive. All the sales reps are friendly and courteous which reflects on the organization. Special shout out to Ron Byrd who made the 3 hr trip worth it to pick up my SUV 👍 and a high five 🖐️ to the ownership that makes this a great place to work for their employees keep up the good work.

I would highly recommend Hubbard to anyone looking for their next vehicle. Lonnie was my sales guy and I couldn't have been more pleased with his service. He was warm, friendly, and very good at his job. I have avoided traditional car dealerships for a few years now because of how much I dislike the 'games' they play but I was very pleasantly surprised that there was none of that at Hubbard GM. I purchased a used BMW from them and the car was exactly as advertised. My son loves his new ride!
