Worked with Chuck over a series of multiple weeks (I kept having things pop up). He remained extremely professional, and provided the best customer service I’ve received at a business in a long time. Super easy to work with, very communicative, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Chuck is absolutely fantastic.

I had a phenomenal experience with Hudson Auto Mart. I purchased a vehicle and noticed that when it sat in my garage it smelled very strongly of gasoline. It ran perfectly fine but the smell was too intense to be normal. I called Chuck and explained what was going on and he recommended bringing it in to Hilltop Service Center, who operate out of the same location as him. (They were an amazing service center but that’s for a different review!) Hilltop found that my gas tank needed to be replaced as it had a week seam that was cause gasoline to seep and therefore have an odor. This was not the kind of repair that would be covered in my warranty, and after having the vehicle for only three weeks my heart sank. We had a great experience with Hudson Auto Mart. Chuck was easy going and there was no pressure to buy. He is definitely the complete opposite of the stereotypical used car salesman. He was responsive to emails, answered all of our questions, and waited patiently as we took our time investigating the vehicle and test driving it. The price was very fair and the buying process was probably the easiest and most enjoyable car purchase I have had. The vehicle was clean and we are happy with it. I would recommend Chuck and Hudson Auto Mart.

I had a great experience with Hudson Auto Mart and with Chuck the owner. Prior to going to the lot,I looked over the web site carefully and weighted the pros and cons of all the vehicles. When I spoke with Chuck he told me what he knew about the history of the vehicle and answered all of my many questions. When I picked up the vehicles he showed me what I needed to know and went over what I would need in case of problems. I have had my van for 3 months now and I could not be happier.
