Fantastic service! Save my $500 by helping figure out it was battery and not my alternator like it seemed. Friendly. Fast. Great communication and customer service. Came right too me. Hands down recommend him to everyone looking for quality service on your vehicle.

I ordered roadside assistance for radiator change. We agreed for $2000 for part pick up and install. At the end, he charged me for extra $500 saying that he charge around $300 for paying and picking up the part and $200 for call out fee after hours which is he didn’t mention before ordering. In addition, he grab my hose clamps and didn’t give them back, saying can’t find them. He put some clamps but later I discovered that they’re not mine, they were in very bad condition. He also broke secure cup one of the hose and didn’t inform me. On my way my coolant leaked again. I had to fix it myself. Result, I paid extra $500, didn’t get back my original hose clamps. Would not recommend! You have to be honest with your customers!

Zack came up to the campground we were stationed at and repaired our leaf springs, replaced the rear axle which was bent and causing an issue with tire tread wear, all done on our campsite. He did a great job and explained all the repairs that it needed. I would highly recommend his services if you want a reliable and knowledgeable repairman. Thanks for a job well done, Zack!

I called Zack the owner of Hull’s Roadside. He was very nice and explained everything as best as he could just being over the phone. He gave me an eta and was there within that time frame. His price was reasonable. I’d call him again. Thanks again Zack.

Our car started making a terrible screeching noise while commuting to work and we couldn't understand what was wrong fearing it could be serious. We called and they came out and helped us. First of all, very friendly and willing to help. We figured a diagnosis would at least help us at the moment instead of having the vehicle towed and wait for mechanics in the morning. Fortunately, it was not major. This was a pleasant experience altogether. This was well worth the costs for the quick help and convenience. A good attitude goes a long way in a bad situation especially with car problems. Thank you!
