It’s a horrible place. I came to look f-150 Limited which listed for 50k When I checked the car I’m asked price out the door They bring me invoice for 67k I was shocked!!! They want to charge for Accessories 5k which was payed previous owner at the another dealership After some conversation they drop the price for 59k. SO I SAVE 8k with 5minutes to talk with them Also, I’m explain them car listed for 51k plus registration and my tax fee will be around 5k They said I need to pay for transportation. But they have to pay for transportation to bring car to the dealership, if they want to sell it. And why car listed for 51k if it’s not true. They do not answer my question! That dealership it’s like legal scammers Guys please avoid that place and do not make any deals with that Ford Dealership i

I asked ahead of time if their VW Golf R had any aftermarket parts or a tune besides the intake and was told no. I drove about 2 hours round trip based on that information. When I arrived, I was then told the car was tuned and catless. That should have been disclosed upfront, especially since I directly asked. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Terrible dealership. Shady sales people. Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time trying to even call, they refuse to answer questions over phone and refuse to connect you with a manager if you ask or finance department either if you need help with questions. They try to get you to be in person to force you into shady sale. Avoid at all costs.

Dishonest dealership, horrible experience. Our transaction here felt like a complete scam and no one would answer our questions even after waiting 4 hours in the lobby, we ended up leaving without speaking to anyone. The finance company called that the dealership was raising the price after the fact! That is scamming if you ask me. Rather then fixing the problem or speaking to us clearly they immediately said they would return our money and take the car back. I don't know of a dealership who would prefer to return money rather then fix an issue. Don't recommend anyone purchase a car here!

Service here is an excellent option when you need anything done on your car.
