Hurricane Express Wash

First time at this car wash and my experience was great. At first I didn’t see at mat machine and was disappointed, but then Seth rescued me and wash my mats for me! Wow that’s great service and hard to find these days. When I first went through the car wash I was greeted by Michael who sprayed my windows down and they look fantastic now. When I went around to clean my car, I was also surprised to find a air tool to clean out all the small crevices of my car, which are really difficult to get out with just the vacuum. They also had two vacuum tips which was great as well as Cleaners and of course, those amazing cleaning rags which almost all the car washing places have. Prices were the same as the other car washes. $10 for basic and on up from there. I didn’t expect the great service I

**Update** The owner(s) reached out and offered to have our vehicle professionally detailed to try get the scratches professionally buffed out. Employees here were very nice and polite though definitely not trained or no of the possibility of permanent scratches due to the cleaning. I promise the scratches in the picture we're not there right before we pulled in. We have always hand washed our car with microfibers and we ask will this scratch our car and was told no.

The best car wash I have ever been too. I got the $16 car wash option and my car came out squeaky clean. 🧼 The cleaner they put on your tires is amazing. I love that there was two different vacuum nozzles to chose from. The normal wide nozzle and a long skinny one which was perfect to get into all those hard to reach areas. The location of the car wash is perfect and everything is clean. I also really liked how they had cleaner and rags for you to use. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic car wash and tonight was even better. Erica was in from Fayetteville, NC. Super friendly and helpful! Just wanted to give a shoutout to Bryson. Every time he is working he brings a tire shine bottle to my car before I even ask. He is very customer focused. Way to go young man.

Great Car Wash. My car looks great afterward! The staff are friendly. The microfiber towels and glass/interior cleaner is nice! Im coming to this specific wash because of all of that but also even more so for their affordable family plan! Thank you for being reasonable!
