Hurricane Express Wash

I go to both hurricane car washes as I pay a monthly fee and I have been on the monthly plan for about 3 years now. I enjoy it because you can go once a day to get your cars washed and you get the free vacuum. The manager who works at both facilities who I call Mr Cool is always smiling and happy to help. He is the young gentleman who wears all the jewelry. Other team members are always polite and willing to help as well. My car is always come out shiny clean.

I'm very picky about which car wash I go to. I decided to go to this one because it had good reviews. I honestly will not be going to this place again. The car wash shut down several times while we were going through it. On the last time it shut down the worker had to walk through and go reboot the system. When it came back on it never finished rinsing my car and it was still a little soapy. One thing good I can say that I liked is that they have the air compressor guns which is so helpful when cleaning the interior. And for that reason I give them 2 stars.

My husband pays for a level 5 each month for both our automobiles. My car always looks as if nothings has been sprayed on my tires. And lately all the products such as, the window cleaner and tire shine is always empty. We tried the new car wish that recently opened up near this location and it was amazing. My car came out shining like new and my tires had so much shine, to where I didn't need to add any extra tire shine. I don't like to change when I find something that works, but lately our regular Hurricane location on Military Hwy is not working for me.

Shoutout to Hurricane Car wash. The wash is amazing. Those guys pre treat your car before going through wash. I love It! Any issues the crew is there to help period. Trust this wash. Vacuums are strong like no other. Air hoses are amazing I have 3 dogs so this help me really get those hairs that can be a pain. Most definitely if you have car take it there. It’s a one stop shop. They should add vending machines for customers.

This car wash started out being extremely excellent, the washing of my vehicle looked outstanding as if it was detailed by hand. But the more I attended the car wash, i stated to notice a dull patch in my paint on the driver side hood area. Whelp now that dullness is appearing in different areas of my vehicle. I have a 2019 Cadillac Luxury Vehicle…… I believe the” wax” from the wash and the heat is damaging my paint ! So unhappy and so i will be canceling my monthly subscription!
