My family of 7 broke down on 75 on our way back to Kentucky 10 hours from our destination, AAA called and enterprise or hertz couldn’t help. Triple A put us in touch with the tow truck driver Richard who came out very quickly and even confirmed our diagnosis of a busted heater hose. He called his girlfriend to bring up her personal vehicle to get our family to the repair shop, 20 minutes away. Very nice people, had the part in and we’re back out in about an hour. Great price, and amazing people. They came to our rescue and essentially gave us the shirt of their back. Can’t say enough good about Richard and the guys in the shop. David was amazing. The first shop I went said my car was totaled and I really wanted to keep it. I called for a tow thinking I would have to part it out, he said he did auto body work and might be able to fix it. Sure enough he fixed my car. He always answered my calls when I had questions. I’m a single mom and him saving my paid off car rather than having to get a new car that wasn’t as nice or have to get a new car with payments.. it’s saved me so much. THANK YOU for your honest work David!

we broke down on 75, 5 hours from home and our insurance company sent Andy to our rescue. They towed us to their shop and quickly knew what our problem was. They went way above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of and fixed our vehicle as promised. It runs better now than it has in a long time! I HIGHLY recommend them as good people and extremely competent mechanics!

We were left on the side of the road with a dead battery in the blazing heat, when we called Andrew and he rescued us. He came with two cars and his girlfriend, going above and beyond by driving us to the hotel and fixing our car while we stayed overnight. He showed integrity by considering our situation and finishing the job the night it happened. Highly recommend, best service I’ve ever seen!

our alternator went bad and we we're 2 hrs. away from home they drove 1 hr. 5 min to get to us and they offered to fix the problem and towed us to their shop and fixed it at 4am in the morning you can't ask for any better service then that and I'd say there's no better service then that and they even brought a truck with a king cab so that my wife and I could ride along, they stop so my wife could use the rest room and are the most pleasant and graceful people that I have ever been around so if your looking for a tow and pleasantry call them or if your with USAA ask for Hutto's service you won't be disappointed
