They have a horrible attitude! They were meant to rotate our tires and started to put the tire back on without an alignment. They were told they needed to be aligned so they started taking lug nuts back off with an attitude and ended up breaking one of them. They just put the tire back on with the remaining 3. They didn’t try to replace the broken lug nut nor did they even acknowledge it. They do whatever they want and get an attitude when you call them out on it.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was in their area, which is out of town for me, doing a delivery for my business. At one of my stops, I smelled a weird smell. I did my delivery and got to them at 4:45. They close at 5. I explained what was going on. She had me wait so they could see about the vehicle. They had 2 people ahead of me. It was after 5 when they got to me but they checked my vehicle thoroughly for any problems. Did NOT try to rush me out of there. And found one minor problem and took care of it for me. They were the nicest folks! I'm very thankful for their crew!

I moved to Fitzgerald a little over a year ago. I've been there twice. Once to get a rim swapped and once to patch a tire. Great bunch of folks, reasonably priced! I'd highly recommend them! There's a reason they stay busy! I'm very happy with the service!

Best rapid oil change in my opinion in town. Friendly staff who goes out of their way to get the job done.
