Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

Been dealing with tidal wave for a long time. They never really had a team that gave a crap about you or customer service. It was always the attitude of get your crap and get out. But they now have changed the game and hired some awesome people who actually care , speak to you , cut up and make it a pleasure doing business with them. There is this one lady Daphne Duarte that is always Johnny get your gun and on top of the game !! She makes sure you are good. She pays attention to details and remembers them every time you show up. Which is mind blowing with all the people they deal with. She is outstanding, very sweet and gets the place moving when things need to be done. If you haven’t been in awhile and the old team ran you off which I know many that left. Go and try them out now!! But I

I just want to take the time to publicly acknowledge Cain and Daphne at the Fitzgerald Tidal Wave Location. I cannot say enough great things about these two team leaders and the effort that they put into every car that comes through the car wash at the Fitzgerald GA location. They treat each vehicle as if it were there own and I never have to worry about bug residue or dirty recycled water when they are there. The bays are always clean, stocked and organized and the vacuums are in good working order. Furthermore, they always greet their customers with a smile and with professionalism. I will go out of my way just to go to this location and I appreciate both of them tremendously. Keep up the awesome service Cain and Daphne!!!

i went thru the wash about 30 mins ago it was a tall man with red hair a sweet girl her name was riley and a brown hair young man with glasses loading me into the tunnel i have never been there before so i unrolled my window asked what you say and he said if u would not mind welcome to tidal wave please keep ur hands off the wheel and keep your feet off the brake then he said once u get to the end of the tunnel and the light turns green put the car in drive without stopping and exit the tall red head waves at me with a smile got all the bug of my car and it looks brand new!!!! this is my first but not my last time to go there they were very energetic and greeted me with smiles i also had my 3 year old niece in the backseat and they gave her a big smiley face on the window which made her da

Daphne makes my trip to the car wash very good. Because she is always smiling joking but most importantly she does a very good job at what she does before my car ever goes through the car wash it is sparkling . Thank you Daphne makes my experience very great with tidal wave highly recommend

WE LOVE FITZGERALD’S TIDAL WAVE! This is an (almost) everyday thing for us! The service is phenomenal and ALL THE VACUUMS WORK! They are never without cleaning cloths and spray. 10/10 recommend! Shout out to Kenya & Daphne for always making the kids smile with smiley faces & hearts! The car is always clean with Tidal Wave! 🥳
