I just called your dealership and spoke to a sales guy.  I am an interested buyer in the white 2011 Honda Accord.  Seeing the carfax and knowing the car spent it's whole life in the north east I asked the rep to go take a few photos of the underside of the car so I can see how much rust is present.  He told me that he doesn't have a lift and that it is not a truck so he would not be able to take photos.  When I asked him to get on the ground and take a couple of photos he said he would not do it.  I told him that I am in the car business and said that it should not be a problem for him to get on the ground and take a few photos.  He said no and for me to have a good day.  This is unprofessional and no way to handle an inbound phone call with a prospective buyer.  Whether you care about thi

I bought a 2013 Lexus RX 350 from them about a month ago after my car was totaled. It was a great experience after a lengthy search. Chris and Marlo are awesome! They really do go above and beyond to help. And the car has been great too. I took it to my mechanic to have everything checked out and he said that car had been well taken care of. I did put new Michelin tires on it because I don’t like mismatched tires, but the only other thing it needed was to replace the cabin filter and polish up the headlights.
