There was no soap used at all. There was nothing more clean about my car from when I went in to when I came out. Talked to the person inside and I was told they don't give refunds because it costs them $5 every time someone uses it. So.... Them not having soap in the car wash is apparently my fault since I'm being penalized for it. Go to Kwik Trip around the corner. Better wash and better service! ❤️
