bryan started out be a great guy . I came in with a Transmission problem and he said he would take care of me and get me out in 2 weeks.little did i know that that turned into 3 1/2 months. when i asked about my truck he was very rude ,had bad attitude, and just talked as if i could not ask him about my vehicle. told him several times that he needed customer relation skills. everytime i talked with him it was always an arguement. after finally replacing the second transmission and getting into my truck all he needed to do was get it reprogrammed by the chevy dealer and get it back to me.instead he never had it reprogrammed loosen or did put a clip on and my gear shift cable that he blamed on the chevy dealer, who he never took the truck too. after bringing the truck home.find out that dr
