Really good service by whole service team .I am from canada got engine light on pulled to this freightliner dealership got service help desk by Eric Boland really appreciate his service and cooperation. Moreover Mechanic Oliv was efficient and good in fixing injector problem.They took just 2 hours to get me on road thats really outstanding .Great service and great people to work.

Needed an alternator for an eight year old carrier refrigeration unit. They had one available., let alone on a saturday. They were closing soon but told me to come on in. Took care of me in about 45 minutes and i was on my way. Very nice people...

Service department took in our motor home (on a Freight Liner chassis) for an outside mirror problem. I thought it would have to be replaced, Jesse in service got us right in and called before we even got home to say the problem was fixed & it was ready to go. Turns out it was a quick and easy fix. Other places would have replaced the mirror and charged us a lot more. Appreciate their honesty and integrity. Wonderful clean facilities. Friendly people. Positive attitudes. Thanx guys!

I broke down on the road. I pulled out a bolt from the oil tank. What I did was I put a petal washer there and glued it with synthetic glue with a synthetic tube. wait 6 hours for it to harden. I poured oil and went to this dealer for repairs. They quickly installed a new tank in 4 hours. i paid a fair price of $1300. I am very grateful to them for their speed and understanding.

As an Owner Operator cost is extremely valuable. I arrived at I State pushing coolant out. I was pretty sure I lost a head gasket. EVERYONE that I spoke with or dealt with is Top Notch in my book. Extremely Professional, but most importantly they cared. They got me in and out as quickly as they could. Always made sure I was informed on what the truck would need, cost and progress. I have used I State dealerships in the past with great success. But the Folks in Missoula are in a league of their own.
