IAA Vehicle Purchasing

I didn't get to deal with IAA much at all, other than being the assigned towing company for my vehicle sale to Peddle. The customer service was awful - they never called me to tell me they couldn't come during the time frame given to me (when I called, they said they couldn't even come that day anymore!), they didn't give me a new date/time that they could come to pickup my vehicle (they said maybe they would come the next day) and they clearly had no communication with the purchased (Peddle) who had arranged the pickup for me. I would avoid them.
