I bought my first Subaru here 6 years ago and had a great experience - the car was in fantastic condition and I drove it for 6 years. Just traded it in and bought my second Subaru here and am always impressed by the vehicles and service they provide. Very knowledgeable and great customer service!!!

Subaru specialists, super knowledgeable, work done right the first time, reasonable prices, and always honest. A friend recommended them when I had my first Subaru; I bought my second Subaru from them after they maintained it for a decade-plus for its previous owner. I don't mind the half-hour drive, because nowhere else around is this good.

Took my vehicle here on a Monday as all the lights on my dash came on while accelerating up a hill on a Sunday. They were able to apparently fix what was a valve body issue and I paid the $1800. 17 days later I am again accelerating up a hill when all the lights again come on. This was a Thursday. I take it back in on Friday with all the lights on and I hear it's the same codes and it's not the same codes in the same sentence. They tell me they will clear the codes but to make an appointment. They tell me it's safe to drive. I drop my car off the night before and I call the next morning and they tell me that because there are no codes showing or pending, that they will not fix the issue. Two weeks later I'm now in a rental because for the third time the lights have come on while accelerati

I have been going to Image Auto for years. I won’t go anywhere else to have my vehicle worked on. The owner Ed has always been straight forward with what my cars have needed and I let him “literally” take the wheel.
