I Choose The Immanual House For My Mom, #1 She was able to remain in Asylum Hill, Spacious, Secured Ammenities, Lol My Mom said NO, etc.. but as she aged and her vision failed, poor Mommy had dead mice on the floor of the Table in her Dining Area

Cozy, lovely place. Visit all the time.

Went on a tour with my Mother. She really liked it. The unit is VERY small. Seniors were participating in activities. The outside area is lovely. It was a nice day but no one was outside. The elevator is slow. The employees were very welcoming. Not sure about the curfew I'm used to spending the night with Mom when she needs me.

It seem like a good option at first but that changed quickly. The maintenance guy on the premises turned out to be rude. He acts as if he owns the building. I don't appreciate the way my mom was harassed. I will never refer anyone to this place.

My aunt has been there for about a year; very friendly, kind staff. Very clean, welcoming. Hoping that many of the small activities that disappeared during COVID will come back-
