I took my Ford Escape in for a transmission replacement, and I couldn't be happier with the service! I'd shopped around for pricing but most of the other places wanted as much as the car cost to fix!? Immense Auto got me in pretty quick, ordered the new transmission (w/ warranty) right away, and handled everything- I didn't have to lift a finger. The whole job was done in just a few days, and my car's running perfectly again. Its hard to find a shop this reliable and efficient. Highly recommend them for any repair work- honest, fast, and professional, at a super reasonable price!

The service from this shop was amazing. The mechanics gave me a thorough break down of my car and identified my current problems with a breakout of how to get it repaired and also other items that need to be looked soon. I’ve taken my Subaru to a couple auto shops in the past year to diagnose my car and they both told me they couldn’t find a reason that the check engine light and traction control light would be on.
