I got my car stuck in deep snow and they showed up in no time and got me out. The price was reasonable and they have top of the line equipment. That truck had no issue whatsoever. I would highly recommend them!

I don't normally leave reviews, but this experience was too upsetting to stay quiet about. After my accident I was already upset, shaken and just trying to pick up the pieces. Instead of helping or showing even basic decency, Impact Auto made everything so much worse. They lied to me about the status of my vehicle and refused to release my personal belongings, even though Maine state law clearly says they have no right to keep them. I even looked up the statute and cited this maine law for them, but to no avail. All I got was more lies, more disrespect, indifference, and utter ignorance at a time when I was already vulnerable and exhausted.
