Imperial Auto Wash

I was asked to leave a review and I really wanted to have a good experience with Imperial Auto Wash, but overall it fell short at almost every stage. Scheduling an appointment was the first issue — you can’t book online, and there are no prices or packages listed anywhere. I called for two days with no answer before finally leaving a stern voicemail, which eventually prompted a call back from the owner, Tom. (Thank you) I dropped my car off the next day for a full interior and exterior detail (total cost $275). At first glance, the car looked great when I returned. However, once I pulled it out of the bay and looked closer, I noticed several areas that had been missed. I can’t say enough good things about this car wash and detailing business. The staff here truly go above and beyond every single time. From the moment you pull in, you can tell they take pride in their work — their attention to detail is incredible, and their professionalism stands out compared to anywhere else I’ve been. It is unfortunate that the automated payment system only allows you to tip up to $20, especially since that amount has to be split between the 5–6 hardworking crew members. I payed for the platinum monthly service for 3 months and have only received the platinum service twice, only the first time and after I complained about just getting the basic service. I've emailed twice and called for a refund and nothing! I've been scammed, I'll be disputing the credit card charges since the won't reply to me. And out of the 9 car washes i had only 2 were platinum, the rest were basic, so clearly I didn't get what I paid for...that's called a scam! And I haven't received a refund so canceling it just means you kept my money...now who's getting free stuff?

Had a great experience! Left 5 stars: 2 for Te, 2 for Key and one for another man there but I forget his name🫣. The customer service was great and my car was cleaned very quickly even though there was a line of cars in front of mine. Will definitely go again!
