I'm very pleased with my service that Import Autohaus did on my car yesterday. I met the mechanic that serviced my car, he was very nice. Matt who is the manager is awesome as well. If you want a professional to service your car, please take it to Import Autohaus on Broad Street at Innsbrook. I will be going back there!!

The convertible top on my 2004 BMW broke but these guys were confident they could fix it. Of course, this was a big repair and required more time than expected but I felt they were being very generous with the time they charged vs the effort they put into fixing it. In the end they fixed the electrical issue and put the car back together no problem!

Incredible service by Import Autohaus! I thought I had a battery issue, but the team identified a dangerous brake problem just in time. They likely prevented a total failure. My Lexus is back to normal and I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone!

Honest, prompt service with fantastic customer service. Whether the cost was $130 or a bigger job upwards of $1,100, it's always been a great experience. Highly recommend as they seem to service many foreign cars and domestic alike. I trust them with my 2020 BMW X3 M40i

I was having an issue with my Jag and called ahead to find out the timing for getting my car looked at. I dropped my car off on a Sunday night with the intent of getting a diagnostic performed on Monday. I called Monday and they hadn't gotten to it. I was told Tuesday and at the latest Wednesday. My car sat for 3 days without even a diagnostic being done on it. I was told they were short staffed and it was right before the Thanksgiving holiday but good customer service would let a client know that their car would not be looked at. Who doesn't need their car over an extended holiday weekend? What repair shop has NO contact with a customer who has their car on the lot for repair? On Wednesday I called and told them I was picking up my car. At no point was an apology offered or any explanati
