I purchased a Mercedes SUV from Import Performance initially. After driving for only a few days, it started having problems. We all know that when purchasing a used car with no warranty, you are pretty much on your own legally if the owner does not choose to help. I was thoroughly impressed with Import Performance's integrity and patience when it came to my unfortunate situation with the car. They were unable to figure out exactly what was going on with the Mercedes but they did allow me to purchase a BMW (that I absolutely love!) and make up the difference. I was also offered a loaner which I drove for quite some time. The service they provided to me definitely goes to show that there are still people out there who are honest and provide quality service. I highly recommend Import
