I have a 2020 jeep wrangler and have had multiple issues with it. I have now taken my car to Imported Cars of Darien 3 times and they were able to diagnose, repair and replace parts within the same day each time. The mechanic, named Rafael, called me the next day informing me that the engine had good compression, and that what they found was a defective fuel injector and carbon buildup in the cylinder. He gave me a list of repairs they were going to perform: 1. Replacement of the defective injector. 2. Cleaning of the carbon buildup in the cylinder and valves. They gave me the cost for all the repairs, and I gave my consent for them to proceed. Just bought a used SUV with 90K miles, and had an issue on day 2 with the air suspension. Tony diagnosed it immediately and dealt with a less than enthusiastic dealership who covered the cost of the fix, and got it done quickly.
