I was super impressed with In n Out Automotive! The mechanic named was Rey was literally outstanding, hands down best service I’ve seen in a very long time, especially compared to the other shops in Mount Pleasant! Rey the mechanic explained everything clearly and kept me updated on the progress though out the repair process and even answered my never ending questions. Ever since, Rey fixed me up, my car is running great! I would highly recommend anyone and everyone looking for a reliable auto repair shop in the Mount Pleasant area to stop by and see how great the service really is! Big time thank you and a shoutout to my man Rey and In n Out for providing excellent service which is unheard of these days.

The best car mechanic I've ever had. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and goes the extra mile, no pun intended. Ray helped my elderly mother when no one else would. He diagnosed her vehicle while she was stranded in the Texas heat, and had her up and running in no time. I want to say thank you again, for everything you did. I felt so helpless, when I couldn't make it to her, and he came through big time. In a world full of darkness Ray shines bright. I could go on & on, but hopefully this review reaches the masses.
