I went to their open house 10/18/25, and everyone treated me like they already knew me. All of the employees are passionate about their work, and they even mounted my tires, welded my exhaust, and shined my tires for free. If you have a saab or a volvo, take it here. You will get a quality job and probably make some friends.

Great team; small shop full of likable, knowledgeable, and talented folks who clearly know what they’re doing. No price gouging on parts, and very transparent regarding what work your car does and does not need done (as well as what is relatively urgent and what can wait). Can’t recommend Tom’s shop enough!

We love our little family fleet of high-mileage Volvos and SAABs. And appreciate that Tom's shop provides a level of service that makes the trek to Crystal Lake worth the drive.

I went here for brakes and an oil change. I dropped it off gave my keys to Dominick and Devin they walked me through everything they were gonna do how there were gonna do it and gave me a time estimate. When I got there they walked me through everything and I was very pleased and impressed by how professional they were. They have earned my trust I will be back.
